Esplanade - Marina Layout

The Esplanade Marina, hosts 4 Piers (A,B,C,& D) with 77 floating concrete "state-of-the-art" boat slips. Slip lengths range from 25 to 60 feet, widths range from 12 feet to 23.5 feet. Each slip has water service, sewer pump-out, and a storage locker as well as separately metered electricity, cable TV and telephone.

The Marina has direct (No Bridge) access to the Gulf of Mexico. The survey of depths from Big Marco River to Smokehouse Bay range from 6 to 20 feet at mean low tide.
