Esplanade Marina Transient Dockage Lease Rates
Daily Transient Rate is $4.00 per foot
- Transient Dockage Rates are calculated by overall slip length
- Boat length cannot exceed overall slip length by more than 10% or 5 foot maximum an the minimum rental is based on the size of the slip.
- The above transient rate does not include Florida Sales Tax of 6%
- Utility Charges will be applied at $10.00/day for 30 amp and $20.00/day for 50 amp
- Transients will have a credit card on file with the Marina.

- Annual leases commence the day the full year's rent is paid. The Marina does not guarantee the availability of the slip until the full year's rental amount is paid. Annual slips cannot be reserved.
- Annual contract customers will be responsible for electric charges as billed by the Dockmaster monthly.
- Annual lessees will get transient income quarterly, obviously minus the 15% dirrectly from the Marina. The payment will also include transient electric charges.
- Annual lessees will permit Marina to bill transients for stays at the per foot rate in effect.
- Boat length cannot exceed overall slip length by more than 10% or 5 foot maximum and the minimum rental is based on the size of the slip.
- Annual lessees will have a credit card on file with the Marina and will be charged an additional 3% or more (depending on the credit used) to cover the cost to the Marina for usage of the credit card.
- Annual lessees have the right not to include the slip they are renting in the transient rental program upon written notification to the Dockmaster.
- Annual lessees and sub-lessees must have a $1 million dollar liability insurance policy for their boat on file with the Dockmaster naming the owner and the Marina as additional loss payees.
All rentals are due and payable at the time of signing the rental agreement.
