Esplanade Marina Transient Dockage Lease Rates
Daily Transient Rate is $2.50 per foot
- Transient Dockage Rates are calculated by overall boat length
- Boat length cannot exceed overall slip length by more than 10% or 5 foot maximum
- The above transient rate does not include Florida Sales Tax of 7%
- Utility Charges will be applied at $5.00/day for 30 amp and $10.00/day for 50 amp
- (Ask about seasonal discounts - May to September)

- A flat monthly Water Charge will be added to all contracts of 1 month and longer
- Metered Electric Charges apply to all contracts of 1 month and longer
- (All charges are based on actual meter reading plus 15% added to the LCEC rate)
- Boats using 2-30 amp services or a 50 amp service will be charged $10.00/day for electric
- Boats using 2-50 amp services will be charged $20.00/day for electric
- Groups of boats traveling together of 3 or more are $2.25/ft per day
All rentals are due and payable at the time of signing the rental agreement.
